An Inner Garden Journey: From Loss & Grief to Love & Healing
Guest Workshop with Bonita Ford
Wednesday 16th July, 7.30-8.30pm BST & repeated again Thursday 17th July, 12-12.30 BST
What can plants, seeds, ecosystems, and natural disturbances teach us about loss and healing?
Join us as we explore change and resilience through our inner landscape.
We'll do a guided visualisation in our inner garden to invite loss and grief to become more fully rooted in healing and love. We'll do some personal writing followed by some discussion in small groups.
(Note to participants: the themes of loss/grief are held and balanced with care/gratitude/hope/healing/love.)
